In
recent years COSI has developed many solutions for its
customers: some of them are deeply tailored around specific
customer requirements and do not lend themselves to
generalisation; others, on the contrary, have a broader
scope. We did some additional work on these solutions
and made them more general, so that also companies with
similar requirements could benefit from the developments
already made and tested "in the field".
The solutions listed here are, in fact, our response
to real cases: they are already installed and working
at the premises of some of our customers, and have gone
through all the initial tuning and optimisation problems
of every new product.
We present here:
- a system for the provision of on-line ticketing
services oriented to entertainment events
- an extremely effective solution to deal with the
portfolio, the compensation, and the activities of
a sales force of agents with a multi-level organisation
(MLM or network-marketing)
- an on-line application to monitor the consumption
of real-time services of low unit cost (e.g. telecom
data and voice services); the application allows calculation
and visualisation of many statistical indicators providing
an extremely useful service management and monitoring
"dashbord"
